This live version of "Watching the Detectives" came as a bonus 45rpm with my first Elvis Costello album, Armed Services, I think? I don't know why, but I just love it, the jam is kinda psychofunky, like the band was trippin or something, I dunno, maybe they smoked some grass before the show, lol. I was so psyched a month or so back when I found that the performance had been filmed and was up on YouTube. God Bless Youtube...!!
